Ordinances

Township Ordinances

Texas Township ordinances are the local laws adopted by the Supervisors. The most comprehensive ordinance is the Zoning Ordinance, which governs land use, structures, and development across the township. Ordinances are amended from time to time as needed and approved at public meetings.
