What the Secretary Does

The Township Secretary supports residents and the Supervisors in many ways:

  • Receives and routes resident questions and correspondence
  • Maintains township records, ordinances, and official documents
  • Prepares meeting agendas and approved meeting minutes
  • Coordinates public notices and required postings
  • Processes permit applications and forwards them to the appropriate official
  • Handles Right-to-Know requests under Pennsylvania law
  • Supports the Supervisors with administrative work
