The Texas Township Supervisors hold regular meetings to conduct official township business on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM ET at the Texas Township Municipal Building. These meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend. Agenda items typically include road maintenance reports, financial updates, zoning matters, and other issues affecting the township.

Public comment periods are provided at each meeting for residents to address the Board with questions, concerns, or suggestions regarding township operations and services. Meeting minutes are recorded and made available as public documents.

The Texas Township Planning Commission meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 PM ET. The Planning Commission reviews subdivision and land development plans, makes recommendations to the Supervisors, and considers long-range planning for the township. Meetings are open to the public.
