Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Texas Township Municipal Building. Members are appointed by the Supervisors and serve staggered terms.

Subdivision & Land Development

Subdivision and land development applications in Texas Township are reviewed for compliance with the Texas Township Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance (SALDO), and the Zoning Ordinance. Applicants should contact the Township office early in the process to understand requirements.
